As the Associate Athletic Director of Student-Athlete Development and Inclusive Excellence at American University and Founder of Latinx En Athletics and Hooper Mentality Foundation, Patty brings a wealth of experience in leadership, career development, and empowerment. A first-generation college graduate and former immigrant, she is passionate about breaking barriers for women in sports, empowering Latinas in athletics, and supporting first-generation professionals.
